In build 20011025, the Plugin Name for the org.eclipse.jdt.debug_0.9.0 and 
org.eclipse.debug.core_0.9.0 does not appear properly in the plugin registry 
(Perspective/Show View/Other... + PDE Runtime/Plugin Registry). This is due to 
the fact that the plugin.properties files are not included with the plugins.

Could be a "build.properties" problem.
