Simple maven project to reproduce the issue

I've created a simple maven project (see the attached archive) to reproduce the issue.

You can check also http://marid.org:8080/test.test sample servlet (this is the deployed sample project) on Android device.

I've tested this code with

* Android 5.1
* Android 7.0

in the following browsers

* Firefox
* Chrome

In both browsers any tap on the text field doesn't move the caret.
