eclipse log file

When attempting to edit my JAXB binding.xjb file, the entire eclipse IDE locks up. I have to use the red X button to get out of eclipse. Apparently the large size of the bindings file (>800 lines) seems to increase the likelyhood it will crash.

No difference between java 7 & 8; also no excessive memory consumption observed via taskmananager. Something else is going on, appears it's looking for a download it cannot find per the log file.

I don't see how the ProvisionException could be related to the lock-up.

However, the log file states:

"This is a continuation of log file C:\Users\BMulkey\eclipse-workspace\.metadata\.bak_0.log"

Please check if you still have the rotated log file from the time of the crash.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
