The current version of DTP planned for Photon.0.GA is 1.14.100, not 1.15.

Meanwhile there are two stalled CQs awaiting review:

* Add support for Microsoft SQL Server 2016
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16328
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=534711
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/119274/

* Add support for Oracle 12
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16329
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=534710
https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/119275/

I suppose if those are approved, I can upversion DTP from 1.14.100 to 1.15, as this pair of new features warrants a new minor release, not just a service update.

1.14.1 was built in Oxygen w/ Continuum; 1.14.100 was built in Photon w/ Tycho 1.1. Other than the releng update, only a few minor bug fixes were done since 1.14.1 was released in Oxygen.1.

Version 1.15 was announced to cross-project-issues-dev. I've updated the 1.15 record's version number to 1.14.100. No review is required for a service release, so I'll close this tracking bug as WONTFIX since there's nothing to do.
