We'll use this bug to track the release

We require IP Team approval of the IP Log.

We require PMC approval of the release and review materials.

The IP Log is approved.

Note that, while it is not wrong to engage in a review, it is not necessary to engage in a Release Review for a service releases. 

Having said that, we've gotten this far, you might as well get PMC approval and finish it :-)

Yes, I realized that after the fact (I did envision a minor release instead of a service one initially). Sorry for the extra work :)

Given that this is a service release, I'm going to just mark this as WONTFIX. You're good to go.
