When doing a project rename, users in many cases expect the underlying folder to be renamed to (like the project move operation does). However, it's not the case and there is nothing to help user to understand that.
I suggest the project > rename dialog should have a "also rename project folder to <...>" checkbox to allow to better map this user-story.

Sounds good, but please clean up / sync with already existing bug reports.
