+1 And be named how? Do you want a "Navigate->Navigation" sub-menu? That would look strange. "Navigate->Window" might just work. The sub-menu contains commands that all and exclusively relate to navigation among Eclipse UI elements, independent of their content. The existing items in the top-level "Navigate" menu are mostly about content-related navigation (editor or project or workspace content). Note that the constants in IWorkbenchCommandConstants for these commands all start with "WINDOW_".
