When multiple windows are open, it's not very clear what File > Exit does. My only try seems to show that it would close all windows, fair enough. However, as it's not so explicit, the Exit action should show a confirm dialog when multiple windows are open. Something like

"Multiple windows are currently opened. Exiting the application will close them all.   > Cancel   > Exit application"
