When open on type gets multiple hits in the same package you cannot determine
which file you are opening.  For example, if I have one version of a class in
source, and one in a jar, then I have no idea which one I'm opening.

Fixed label provider for selection dialog to specify addition of root path.  
Fix is in OpenOnConsoleTypeAction.
