The "Refresh" button in the top left of the Electron app needs to have a keyboard shortcut.

The following shortcuts are used for "Refresh" by the major browsers:
Win/*nix:  Ctrl+r  and  F5
Mac:       Cmd+r

We should probably use the same shortcut(s?) as the browsers.
