Eclipse Mars
Window 7 and 10
When using the Web Service Explorer the open wsdl does not respond
when clicked.  The WSDL window will not come up.

To start investigating we need more information. 

- Could you please specify which Eclipse Package and version you installed?
- Can you provide steps to reproduce the issue?
