This is an evolution following the VSM internationalisation (i18n) introduced in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=459993
On a translatable field (blue background), if the text matches a key in the plugin.properties then it should be navigable. Pressing F3 on this field, should open the plugin.properties file (and set the cursor on the matching key if possible).
