For keyboard-only users, typing Shift+F10 should do the same thing as right-mouse-click, i.e. open the context menu.
(and then, until context menus are properly supported in the browser, I guess typing Shift+F10 while the context menu is already open will pass the key through to the browser to open the 2nd context menu).

Still need this because there's currently no way to open a context menu in the Navigator using just the keybord.

This code has been released. One thing to note is that this is *not* a standard command; the keybinding is 'fixed' and can't be changed using the Key Access Panel. This is to match the windows behavior where this is built into the OS...
