The Help > Tips & Tricks menu is separared from other Help menus. With an EPP package, there's Mylyn's "Report bug" menu which is not related at all.
I suggest the following changes to make this menu more accessible:
* move it with the other items related to Help, in the same group ( 
menu:help?after=helpSearch )
* Get it an icon. I'm thinking about a magic stick: http://git.eclipse.org/c/sirius/org.eclipse.sirius.git/tree/plugins/org.eclipse.sirius.doc/doc/specifier/general/images/tricks.png (more easily visible as https://www.eclipse.org/sirius/doc/specifier/general/images/tricks.png )

Matthias, Mickael would like to add an icon for the "Tips and Tricks" menu entry. Could you create an svg icon for this purpose?

IIRC, I didn't manage to change it as expected when I tried it a long time ago.

Then we should probably also move the Cheat Sheets... menu item.
