On odesign editor selection the Outline view display environment:/viewpoint  which contains the system colors but EMF generated icons are displayed.
This corresponds to /org.eclipse.sirius.ui/icons/full/obj16/SytemColorsPalette.gif and /org.eclipse.sirius.ui/icons/full/obj16/SystemColor.gif and

There is also :

- /org.eclipse.sirius.ui/icons/full/obj16/Environment.gif
- /org.eclipse.sirius.ui/icons/full/obj16/LabelBorderStyleDescription.gif
- /org.eclipse.sirius.ui/icons/full/obj16/LabelBorderStyles.gif
- and the icon for "environment:/viewpoint"

In addition is badly spelled SytemColorsPalette -> SystemColorsPalette

In addition the properties of element from this resource should not be editable, currently there are editable, make the ResourceSet dirty but a save do nothing.

The gerrit https://git.eclipse.org/r/65166 only fixes icons of SytemColorsPalette and SystemColor, and the label of "System Colors Palette".
