DLW (9/5/2001 2:28:10 PM):
		Most (or all?) of the API methods in the Photon version of SWT have no comments.  When
		I'm working with that version, I find it cumbersome to switch away from the code browser
		to find the comments or JavaDoc for API methods and classes.  The tool that was used to
		copy the JavaDoc comments from Windows to Motif should also be used for Photon.
