Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the preferences window.
2. Select the ‘General’ section.
3. Move up and down with the up and down arrow keys.
4. While an expandable section is selected, depress the right arrow key.

EXpected result: the section is expanded when the right arrow key is pressed, and the arrow keys can be used to navigate in the subsections that are now visible.

Actual result: nothing happens when the right arrow key is pressed.
