I would like to right click a file and be able to add the file type added as a new file association with 
an editor chosen from a list.

ie, the action should open a dialog similar to the file association dialog in preferences.

Would you like this to be a shortcut to File/Editor association? or do you want it to be a 1-shot opening (ie show the list of available editors - internal and external) and then open?
