The prereqs needs to be updated to ensure the right one is picked for Mars. 

Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient?
No workaround is available.

How has the fix been tested? Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record? Has a JUnit Test been added?
Testing cannot be done until a build has been done.

Give a brief technical overview. Who has reviewed this fix?
The orbit repo for the pom.xml has been updated. The orbit build dir and build id in dependencies.properties was updated too. 

What is the risk associated with this fix?

Mars.1 builds are done, so prereqs no longer need to be updated.
