Run test "ExecuteTestSuiteAtStopOnFirstFailure" few times to reproduce.

Sometimes it shows 
Runs 1/3 Failures 1 Stops 1
Sometimes it is
Runs 2/3 Failures 2 Stops 1
Sometimes it is 
Runs 4/3 Failures 4 Stops 1

All variants are incorrect.
