I would like the ability to only show modified files in the Team Synchronize view.  In other words, I'd like to have a button added (like the buttons to only show Incoming, only show outgoing, etc.) that would automatically filter out members for add/remove and only show members that have been modified.  This is because I typically add/remove files to CM near the end of development and all of the add/remove clutter up the sync view while in development.  I know I can pin a sync view but this doesn't help during continuous development when developer really only cares about modified files.  Thanks for your time and support in developing and maintain this great product!

Also, for massive changes or reorgs of the repo, being able to filter "only outgoing additions" and "only outgoing removals", etc would be convenient for committing large logical groupings of files.

I.e., an option to reorder the list in the Team Synchronize view based on member status
