Under zooming (150%), we see something similar
We have also noticed something similar with compartments, under zooming.

Create a class in a package entities diagram of EcoreTools (or the sample ecore editor used in Sirius tests) . The list compartment border/separator seems to be drawn one pixel too much on the right. An idea: play with the border size to see if the inset is impacted or disappears.
