The test is failing because we are counting the number of profiles created, and now the base we are starting from and the new version we updating to are such that a metarequirement kicks in which causes another profile history to be created.

Is this still planned for Mars? RC3 is done.

This has been addressed by reverting the changes that prevented mac updates.
