Created attachment 253566 [details] screenshot I think it's pretty hard to manage the toolbar in Eclipse. I can think of two long hanging improvements: * right click on the ToolBar should have a "Customize Tool Bar..." action * Activating a ToolBar item should automatically activate an ActionSet I believe the term ActionSet is pretty confusing for users. At least, I do find it confusing all the time. It sounds like exposing technical details of an implementation to users. I attached a screenshot of what I think can be improved. The warning/error message should go away and instead the ActionSet activated automatically.
