When we update the group tree item preferences, the model explorer is not refreshed after applying the new values. We have to close and reopen the project.

Additional remark, once enabled, when we change the group size or the threshold, the grouping structure is not refreshed.

Steps to reproduce: 
 . Open the attached modeling project
 . Open the Sirius preferences and play with the grouping preferences (enable, group size, threshold)
