The problem that I fixed for incremental builds in Bug 459525 does still exist for explicitly triggered full build, i.e. when doing a clean build on a project with having auto build set to true.

Symptoms: The full build starts, gets interrupted by another Job, re-starts the full build from the beginning, and again and again.

It turns out that an autobuild following a clean build is actually modified to be a full build because the last build state is not available.
