It can happen that Eclipse IDE shows a page saying that "Resource is not available" for a given resource (for example after closing, moving some projects...).

In case this editors open and the resource is known to be part of a closed project, the page should provide a link to open the including project and refresh the editor to show the actual content of the resource.
It could also provide a link to open as external file, which would open the file as it would do with File > Open File
