Description Bruno Medeiros CLA 2014-10-17 13:11:35 EDT
Simplest way to reproduce:
 * Download the latest Eclipse platform (4.4.1).
 * Create a general project (doesn't matter the location).
 * Select the project in Project Explorer.
-> The "Move..." command is disabled, both in the File menu and the context menu.

(Notably, the bug doesn't manifest if the project is a JDT project, but it happens for all sorts of other projects.)

(Note, this isn't a 4.4.1 regression, the bug is present in 4.3 as well)

The problem applies to Eclipse 3.7.2 too. The "Move..." command works fine for projects in the "Navigator" view, so I believe it should work in the same way in the "Project Explorer".

*BUMP* Any update on this? The is a simple bug, and there are one or two simple fixes available, but the resolution is stuck on analysis paralysis...

Catched this one up. The screenshot shows the different behavior before and after patch. Looks as requested by the bug report.

Please retarget if you still plan to deliver this for 4.14.
