This is an additional evolution of the bugzilla 437097. A resize of a node should move only the closest segment of the linked edges.

Currently when moving a node only the closest segment of the connected link is moved. It could be interesting to have the same behavior when resizing a node as indicated in the comments 13 and 14 of the bugzilla 437097.
