This is in build 203.

I have a workspace with 5 projects, all of which depend on a user-defined 
classpath variable.  When I change that variable (thus causing all my projects 
to have errors), it is doing two complete builds of all projects.  The task list 
updates in between the two builds. At the end of the second build, there are two 
of each problem in the task list.

Verified that only one build is done when changing a variable (this is in build 
20020416).
