Suddenly the design page of Window builder stop working and I receive  only the following message 

This could be caused by a WindowBuilder bug or by a misconfiguration issue, conflict, partial update, etc.java.lang.Error: new JFrame

this needs to be fixed because Fedora is probably the second most used distribution after Ubuntu

Sounds like you have an installation problem. Reinstall WB into a clean copy of Eclipse.
