User opens multiple files, it may be java or javascript or any else. But if user wants to go to specific file, he clicks on file title in Editor. With that we can have additional feature, if user scrolls on file title bar (where he clicks and activates that file editor or closes file by clicking on close button(x)), we will open file one by one as he scrolls down or up.

Lets see an example, User has opened 10 files, in order ABC1.java, ABC2.java, ...., ABC10.java.
1. Active file is ABC5.java
2. User moves his mouse cursor on File Editor top panel where all file names are shown.
3. Now if user scrolls up once, we will activate ABC4.java editor, again he scrolls up ABC3.java will be activated and so on. We will stop at ABC1.java as there are no previous files existing.
4. If user scrolls down, we will activate, ABC2.java, again scrolls down, we will activate ABC3.java and so on up to ABC10.java
