As described at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/452216/, imports coming from the lib/endorsed directory (new to Virgo 3.6) are not resolved by the tooling and aren't added to the project's classpath container.

The SpringSource tooling team is unlikely to be able to address this bug because of their current workload, so flagging as help wanted.
