This would be nice to have in title of navigator view (Navigator, Package 
Explorer, etc.) name of current Working Set.

Sometimes, I get confused that synchronization with editor stops working, and 
then recognize that I switched from Package Explorer to Navigator and 
[different] Working Set is selected.

We felt that showing the working set name in the view title would clutter the 
title. We already show the current root element if you go into an element.
The selected working set name is shown in the tool tip when you hover the mouse 
over the title bar.
