Overview: resizing views inside Eclipse makes the system close unexpectedly. Likewise,  when launching developer mode in Google Plugin for Eclipse (GPE) or switching to design view in GWT Designer, eclipse closes.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Launch eclipse, open a GWT project and resize a view.
2) Launch eclipse, in a Google Web Project, select from drop menu in run button Run as - Web application.
3) Launch eclipse, open a java class in a Google Web Project and select design tab.

Actual results:

- Application crashed.

Expected Results:

1) views resized.
2) Open a view and copy the web link provided.
3) Shows the google web project design view to add widgets.

Build Date and Platform:

- 20120920-0800 and platform Lubuntu Linux with kernel 3.2.0-32-generic x86_64

When launching eclipse from the command line this is the error when the system crashes:

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
