In the LDT IDE, when trying to remove breakpoints that shifted due to inserted code they cannot be removed. I assume that when code was inserted or removed and the breakpoint lines changed the new value is not updated.

One can sort of see this by simply inserting blank lines in the code and watching the breakpoint list and noting they do not change.

Did you save the file after having added the blank lines?
I cannot seem to reproduce the problem :/

I don't remember. The bug didn't happen all the time. I recently upgraded to the latest version by hand since the updater was broke for me. It is possible that someone my installation was corrupt. I haven't recently had the problem. It could be coincidence.
