Javadoc for the org.eclipse.equinox.frameworkadmin bundle is missing.

This blocks bug 381875, since the new PDE APIs refer to BundleInfo.

Please consider this for RC4 so the releng test failure can be removed.

Fix for platform.doc.isv

Here are all necessary changes in platform.doc.isv (AFAICS -- it's very hard to test this locally...)

Could someone from p2 add
/org.eclipse.equinox.frameworkadmin/src/org/eclipse/equinox/frameworkadmin/package.html
, and then release this for RC4?

Take something simple like
/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.metadata/src/org/eclipse/equinox/p2/metadata/package.html
as a template.

Thanks so much Markus. I would have had no idea how to fix this problem.  
I've added a package.html file to the framework admin.

Is this enough? Has the platform.doc been committed?

I've committed the platform.doc.isv patch to master and integration:

Verified in 3.8-I20120606-2100 and 4.2-I20120606-1900.
