We don't have control over the old site at http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/?project=gmf-tooling#gmf-tooling. 
As a result the old site looks abandoned (as well as the other sites of the GMF-* components).

GMFT should migrate the web site into the new location at http://www.eclipse.org/gmf-tooling/.

Also some content had been alredy put to http://www.eclipse.org/gmf-tooling/ in Juno, the full migration does not complete yet. 

Also there is restructuring of the Modeling project on its way, so the old site will be removed this release. 

Within Kepler we also need to ensure that all external links point to the new location.
