4.2 RC2.

The 'org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.org.eclipse.e4.workbench.model' extension point does not appear in the doc and also needs to be improved.

I was under impression that we decided that all e4 things are not APIs for 4.2.

While it's not API, I think it should appear in the doc with some reasonable description of what it's supposed to do and a notice that it's not API yet.
