Several eclipse dialogs are visually unstable because: 
a) the aspect ratio is "unstable"
b) the aspect ratios are inconsistent
c) the dialog sizes are inconsistent

Microsoft and Apple suggest to use stable aspect ratios and to choose from a 
predefined set of dialog sizes. Stable aspect ratios are 1:1, 1:sqrt(2), and 
on computer screens 4:3, 5:4, and to a lesser extent 16:9.

this is a pretty general bug and I don't see us ever doing anything without a specific problem being described.  Closing as WONTFIX, but please open bugs against specific dialogs if you think there are usability problems.
