Evolve the Eclipse user experience. The current Eclipse GUI is solidly 
grounded in traditional opaque, rectangular windows. Recent advances in UI 
design improve the user experience with such things as transparent overlays 
and associating sounds with significant events. Eclipse 3.0 should have a new 
look that makes more effective use of the capabilities of current desktop 
computers. Eclipse should allow the user to customize the workbench by 
creating floating toolbars and views. Tear-off views and dockable toolbars
