Users should be able to activate the actions associated with the buttons (Next/Previous Diff/Change and Copy change) from within the editor. There should  be the ability to tab between the editors.

The read-only compare should be marked as read-only to screen readers.

You can see all the keybindings from the keybind assist panel.
Please note that that are 2 commands (next/previous WORD level diff) that are not visible but you can access tehm by ctrl+shift+ up/down arrow keys now.
