Currently the 4.2 "index.php" file is a short form, with just main sdk builds displayed there. We will soon need to convert that back to the "long form", as is used in the 3.8 builds. 

I'm assuming this was a simply matter of copying the 3.8 version over the the 4_2_primary branch, but didn't see that many differences ... so .... might have to do more with some "publishing" step somewhere.

This is a bit harder than I thought. 

Some "3.8" locations were "hard coded" in hard to find places (such as "downloads.php": drops vs. drops4) 

And some stuff with "what server are you on?" has to be converted from "ibm.com" vs "eclipse.org" type servers has to be converted to "build.eclipse.org" vs. "downloads.eclipse.org".

I'm done with basics. I think next I-build will look and work right on both build.eclipse.org and download.eclipse.org. 

I'm sure "little things" will be found, but new bugs should be open for those to prioritize appropriately.
