When I use 48x48 gif image with WizardPage.setImageDescriptor(), it is shown as
clipped.

Could you please look into this problem? Thanks!

WizardPage is not SWT.  It could be an SWT problem but could also be something 
in JFace.  Please move back to SWT as necessary.  Thanks.

BTW:  Xavier, need to fill in the OS: field in this bug report.  We don't know 
whether this is GTK or Motif.  Thanks.
