Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to website. Look for link.
2. Go to google. Look for link.
3. Raise arms in fail.

The link is indeed somewhat hidden currently.

Here's a click sequence from top of www.eclipse.org:

1. _Downloads_
2. Next to "Eclipse Classic 3.7.1" find _Other Downloads_
3. "Eclipse 3.x downloads are _here_"
4. Select the desired release, e.g., _3.7.1_, or _3.8M3_
5. Scroll down to "JDT Core Batch Compiler" and click _http_
6. Select a mirror

As a shortcut: after the first three clicks you are here:
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/eclipse3x.php

I guess at least the Eclipse 4.x downloads page should eventually have 
all the different items that currently are only on the 3.x page.
I.e., click #3 is needed only because we are in the transition from
3.7 as the main release towards 4.2.
