*** Bug 36181 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Rick, which theme are you using ? Try to change to a different theme and let me know if the problem still happens. Note: this is a dupe of Bug#32204, which was fixed for Redhat 8.0. I am using KDE as desktop but since this is the GTK version of eclipse I assume you are asking about the GTK theme that Eclipse is choosing. Any idea how I would know for sure? Some more info that might be helpfull. This is a an upgrade from RH8. On RH8 eclipse was working well. Rick, What version of Eclipse are you running? This sounds like a duplicate of: http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=32204 which was fixed in RC3 of Eclipse 2.1. Veronika, I am running 2.1, the released version, not one of the RCs. I have a simmilar problem on rh9 running 2.1 with KDE. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 32204 *** Rick, although you are running KDE the GTK widgets are draw by the gtk theme engine. Run gnome-theme-manager and let me know which theme is selected. Thanks The selected theme is called "Custom Theme" although I don't recall customizing any themes on this machine. I tried selecting the Blue Curve theme but it does nothing. |
