The commands under "Move" and "Size" in each view's menu (accessible by clicking
the icon in the upper left of any view widget) have no effect.

Coupled with bug 28525, this means that there is absolutely no way to move view
widgets around in a perspective. This is somewhat crippling to the UI.

The "Move" command works in M2.
The "Size" doesn't.
Nick, is this an SWT issue?

Probably.  Works for me on Windows.
Tod, can you confirm if it works on GTK?

There is no support to warp the pointer on GTK, so we can make the sash resize but the 
pointer will not follow it.
