We should provide a generic way to mark quick fixes/assists that cause semantic changes. E.g by adding a decorator to the icons.

This would mark most of the quick fixes (since they remove an error).

Maybe better mark only quick assists, or invert the policy and mark quick assists that act like mini-refactorings.
