Whenever you are working with the Java Perspective and have opened some Projects, the tree state is not being saved before shutdown. When Eclipse is started again the tree on Package Explorer is collapsed just showing the opened Projects, but not as it was left the last time. The Debug Perspective works as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have at least one Project opened and choose the Java Perspective.
2.Expand the tree on Package Explorer, usually expanding the "src" directory
3.Close Eclipse
4.Open Eclipse
5.The Package Explorer tree is all the way collapsed
