After setting flat representation in the team sychronizing perspective the file structure is still a hierarchical tree. It should be flat with full file paths sorted ascending.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Team -> Synchronize Workspace
2. Sychronize view -> Show Java Workspace -> Git Change Set
3. Sychronize view -> Show Java Workspace -> Flat Presentation
